Distilled by the “Oregon Barrel Aged Gin Distillery of the Year,” our flagship Trillium Gin is finished in a medium toasted Oregon Pinot Noir Cask for a minimum of six months. Mouth warming, with complexity on the palate, delivering a long and pleasing finish.
