Distilled by the “Oregon Barrel Aged Gin Distillery of the Year,” our flagship Trillium Gin is finished in a freshly emptied Oregon Pinot Noir Cask for a minimum of two months. Elegant florals, softy fruity pinot, light toasted oak, delicate on the palate delivering a light finish.
